At the highest village in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy 13 lifts and 36 kilometers of slopes. The Berwang – Bichlbach ski area allows you to explore the slopes surrounding both villages. The Sonnalmbahn Berwang and the Almkopfbahn Bichlbach converge at the Heiterwanger Hochalm at an elevation of 1,622 meters. Here, you can bask in breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-covered mountains.
Every Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:15 PM, night skiing and night tobogganing take place at the Egghof Sunjet. On Tuesday evenings, the Berwang ski school presents a spectacular ski show with friends. Visit the homepage of the Berwang cable cars at WWW.BERWANG.TIROL

Become a pro on the slopes with the local ski school. The Berwang ski school offers the perfect ski or snowboard course for both beginners and advanced skiers, and cross-country skiers will receive excellent support as well. Ski Fun in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena
With state-of-the-art lifts and gondolas, you can explore seven different ski areas in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena. With a total of 139 kilometers of slopes, including 93 kilometers of groomed pistes, and 58 mountain lifts, all your skiing desires will be fulfilled. From glacier skiing on the Zugspitzplatt with guaranteed snow to the sunny slopes in Berwang, on the Ehrwalder Alm, at the Wettersteinbahnen, or in Lermoos and Biberwier: There’s a dream area for everyone, from racing carvers to leisurely skiers, and from little slope enthusiasts to adult beginners.

Fun Off the Slopes
The Berwang ski area also offers numerous activities for non-skiers: Guaranteed fun on the toboggan run at the Egghof Sunjet. Cross-country skiing fans can enjoy the well-groomed trails. Snowshoe hiking, winter walking paths, and horse-drawn sleigh rides provide a lovely alternative to skiing.
Winding Down After a Ski Day
Après-ski fans will find enjoyment at the H2Sepp or the S-Lounge bars.
Numerous inns in and around Berwang offer you national and regional cuisine. Treat yourself to a culinary delight at the restaurant located right in the house.
