Prices per night in euros without meals, excluding tourist tax and final cleaning. Our prices include VAT.

Towels and bed linen are included. Towels will be changed once upon request for stays of 7 nights or more.

Additional Charges

• Short stay: surcharge of €10.00 per night (up to 4 nights)
• Tourist tax from 15 years old: €3.00
• Per pet: €15.00 per night excluding food

Booking and Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, the ÖHVB applies!

A deposit of 40% is due upon booking confirmation.

We kindly ask that the remaining balance be settled no later than 14 days before your arrival.
